Office Forms Storage space

I have a teacher that can't create any more forms as it says she's out of space. Where are they stored and what policy governs this?

 

EDIT: ok the actual error is reaching the forms limit!

Prior to January 2021, polls created in Teams (meetings, chat, and/or channels), Outlook, or PowerPoint are counted as part of the 200 form limit. Beginning January 2021, there's an additional allowance of 200 polls beyond the current 200 form limit.

 

If you belong to a team, you and the people on your team can create up to 200 forms, which will show up in the Group forms tab of your forms.office.com portal page. The 200 forms you and your team can create are in addition to the 200 single forms you can create as an individual.
