Zoom Recordings

Another Zoom issue here, all our classes are managing to record their Zoom lessons except one. For some reason it won't record, they press record and a box comes up saying the location the file will be saved plus a few other things which I can't recall but there is no ok button to press you just have to click the cross to close but then it doesn't record. Anyone any ideas? Thanks.
