Teams - Switching 'Allow attendees to unmute' OFF by default

Does anybody know how to turn 'All attendees to unmute' OFF by default. The option can be manually turned off in 'Meeting Options' but I have turned 'Who can bypass the lobby' to off using Powershell and 'Who can present' to off.

From what I can remember, you can only do this within the meeting options. Microsoft has publish this guide that contains their recommendations etc that might help you.
