Parents complaining they cant watch a video uploaded to Drive - too many views error

Is that actually still a problem these days?

 

Since the school website gets as much traffic as youd expect so its on a pretty small droplet, while im not sure what the connection of the droplet is to the internet im sure it would be easy to exhaust if a few people requested the 30gb video i had to put up last week..

 

that and the storage they would use would make me have to buy extra space to keep them

No idea, i wasnt rerendering it, just uploaded it to youtube and left it to them - last minute thing, just asked them to make sure it was exported at highquality since a few days earlier they send me a 30minute nativity that was 20mb then asked why it was blurry
