Lenovo M700 Desktop / Samsung CM871a 120GBSSD

Hi, anyone got any PCs of this combination? we have around 300 , but in the past 5 days we have had around 30 fail - the PC gets to the Lenovo load screen and won't go any further. If you remove the HD, delete all partitions and rebuild Windows it's fine. I have checked for SSD firmware - none available and the PC BIOS is the latest. I believe its the HD - and possibly caused by a windows update - but can't prove that as some of the rebuilds are up to the latest build of 20H2 with all available updates. Seems it's not a permanent fix either as had one of the failures from Thursday fail again this morning....

So I found out its a Windows update - remove the HD put it into a HP laptop - let it finish the update, put it back in the Lenovo and away you go... odd!
