[sims] Autumn release bug can you test on your system

if you search from the home screen for a parent and then select the parent from the list sims crashes with an error code 2882-7778

going through the student details no issues just seems to be contacts

 

can you check your sims setup to see if it happens for you

I was recently emailed a notice to say that Sims Autumn 2020 Consolidated Workstation Patch 1 resolves this exact issue.

Is that patch available to you?

 

EDIT: Apologies, I just reread that email and although I hope it will fix the problem, it mentions more specifically about fixing the searching contacts from the home page.

I am sure I had this the other day too, but going through focus > person > contact is fine
