[ipad] Apple configurator 2 Network Error

Hi all,

 

Apple configurator 2 is throwing up a network error whenever I try to do anything with our iPads. I'm logged into my School Manager account with no issues.

The above image is me just trying to perform a restore on an iPad Air but it displays a similar error when trying to update iOS and Apps.

 

Has anyone else encountered this issue? I have double checked our filtering and I have updated configurator to the latest version and then reverted to v 2.12.1 to see if that made a difference, to no avail.

This came up when IOS 14 was released so if you've not restored an iPad since IOS14 was release then you need to plug in an iPad that is already on IOS 14. This will prompt the mac to download the extra software for ios14.
