importing parent email by new bulk routine?

It says this is possible once you're on spring 2020 or later, see below. But obviously when you go to import via that menu it is for students, not contacts. I can't find anywhere how you choose a menu-in route for contacts emails. Am I missing something?

Hi there

 

There's a bulk edit screen at Tools > Housekeeping > Primary Contact Details

 

it is possible to import parent email and telephone details from a csv but you will need a patch

 

contact your SIMS support to get the patch and instructions on the file format
