GSuite Test domain

Hi all,

 

Currently we have AD and SIMS on site and use GC for remote learning. I have been manually updating GC with CSV's etc however for the next School year, I would like these automated.

 

I know you can do it through Salamander etc however I want to do some of my own testing.

 

Does GSuite have a test domain, or test facility, where I can try syncs out but not disturb the primary domain? I've noticed there is a "test-google-a.com" domain in my GSuite but its not immediately clear if this is useful or not.

 

How did everyone else manage testing when moving from manual to an auto setup?

If you setup a new tenant under dev.domain.com (change to your domain) it will automatically licence itself to the same as your education account and you can use that as a sandbox.

I don't quite understand what you mean? Is there a dev portal of Google?
