Guest Guest Posted November 12, 2020 Posted November 12, 2020 Has anyone else been having issues with Exa Internet connectivity recently? We're frequently getting dropouts, Captchas on Google, empty responses from the proxies and I'm frequently (Around 5 times in the last few months) had to restart our Exa provided router to re establish connectivity or get everything working correctly again. I would contact their Tech Support however, as we're via Link2ICT this is an extremely slow and frustrating experience as we can't contact them directly
robyholmes Posted November 12, 2020 Posted November 12, 2020 No issue here but we're not using Exa filtering, not sure if you are and if that's the difference.
mavhc Posted November 12, 2020 Posted November 12, 2020 Which router and proxy are you using? No problems here with EdgeRouter and quantum (except for it taking hours to classify new sites sometimes)
Guest Guest Posted November 12, 2020 Posted November 12, 2020 We're using the Edge router and Quantum AD proxy
JOrdan01070 Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 No problems here but we are direct with exa nothing to do with Link2ICT.
SparkySX Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 Have you signed up for the updates from https://status.exa.net.uk/ ? I've found it helpful on several occasions as they do update the page quite quickly.
hallb15 Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 No problems recently here either - we're on DarkFibre with Quantum. I signed up to get the email alerts as @SparkySX mentioned and there was an alert yesterday but it didn't affect us so I didn't pay much attention to it.
