supportman Posted November 24, 2020 Posted November 24, 2020 They won’t send SSDs as “they don’t know what the failure modes are” - whatever that means, Thats a ridiculous statement from them. SSD's have proven time and time again to be more reliable than spinning disks. A more important question is why have they not tested them in the last 10 years?
