treevz08 Posted November 12, 2020 Posted November 12, 2020 Hi, new member here (who cant change his username!) Can anyone help please? When i try to transfer Data from Nova-T6 to SQL and enter my sign in details i receive a Invalid filename response. My colleague can perform it without any problems? Thanks in advance...

treevz08 Posted November 12, 2020 Author Posted November 12, 2020 Thank you, unfortunately have checked that and my output file is correct and as advised on that thread.
IRL Posted November 12, 2020 Posted November 12, 2020 I'd try your credentials on their machine and vice-versa. Then reference your settings between the machines.
DaveTheTech Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 Haven't got any expereince with T6, so may be well off. But if you are transferring to a SQL database, do you have the correct permissions on the destination DB?
Linfit Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 The user logging on to SIMS needs timetabler permissions, and the correct permissions on the Nova-T folders, and the correct path set to the pulsar file, as @IRL referenced in the thread above.
treevz08 Posted November 13, 2020 Author Posted November 13, 2020 Thanks all for the responses. I have the aforementioned permissions and the drive its pointing to is correct. I'll see what the IT team can find out.
