[sims] Start Time Incorrect on Student Timetable

Hi, any Nova T specialists advise where the start time can be changed please. We use TASC Insight for student and parent portal. This synchs with SIMS.net and presents parents and students with a display of the weekly timetable. At the moment this is displaying a time of 08:50 it should be 08:40 Any pointers how I can fix this would be great. I have a relatively new timetabler and they are unsure how to fix> TIA

That would Tools -> Define Period Times I believe, which is the easy bit.

Beware the need to export the Timetable Cycle after doing this, and the need to reapply the timetable and check lesson monitor setup as well. If you are changing the cycle, check for any future attendance marks first as you may lose them.
