ass17 Posted November 4, 2020 Posted November 4, 2020 Hi All, Just to give you a heads up that we seems to be having an issue where a new device just upgraded to 20H2 or build 2009 (October update) of Windows 10 fails to install any discoverable printers via the mobility client for windows. I can confirm that it works OK on 2004 (May 2020) update. If anyone else is in a position to check this for me also it would be much appreciated. I have an open ticket with PaperCut on this, so I can inform them of other people having the same issue also. Thanks in advance.. 1
KCSIT Posted November 11, 2020 Posted November 11, 2020 I think we may have the same issue, Is this the script error "query.js" as part of the authinication box?
ass17 Posted November 11, 2020 Author Posted November 11, 2020 I think we may have the same issue, Is this the script error "query.js" as part of the authinication box? Not for me no. The windows based client installer goes all the way through and says it was successful. But, no printers are installed. It happens on my laptop so I’m using it as a test to see what going on.
