65 Inch Tv (For Home)

With Black Friday just round the corner I am looking at 65 inch TV, got roughly £800 what would everyone go for?

if HDR is going to be a thing then I'm told that the TV must be able to output at brightness of a 1000nits. if not then you're getting HDR like or HDR "support".

I'm not recommending this TV just highlighting that if you want to see the step up in image quality you'll need a 1000 nit TV (and they advertise that they can) BTW don't be fooled by marketing wbank like HDR1000!

 

if gaming then a HDMI 2.1 for variable refresh and auto game mode with low latency would be nice.

Yep, only advantage of an HDR TV that's cheap is it doesn't wash out the colours of HDR files it tries to play, can't really see a difference between SDR and HDR otherwise.
