Due to the Covid situation , staff have asked me to purchase web cameras for students use in the classroom.

 

Please can you post me suitable camera if you have bought and if you are happy with the product.

I bought a couple of these to try out for school, and was impressed enough to buy a couple more for home:

£34 each - not the snazziest, but I think image and audio quality is fine. The lens is quite wide-angle, wider than most laptop built-in cameras, which I find quite useful. Also has a standard 1/4" thread on the bottom so you can mount it on a tripod or similar, and it actually comes with a small tripod stand.

get a few of these, better than buying an overpriced webcam. (I have the older model and they're pretty nice) as they have the usb speakers mouse and mic in the device.
