NCSC training moduke / Smoothwall

I'm trying to get all staff to complete the Cyber Security module at https://www.ncsc.gov.uk/training/top-tips-for-staff-web/story_html5.html however when they try and complete the knowledge check quiz it won't let them submit their answers.

 

I think it may be getting blocked by Smoothwall, however despite putting it in authentication exceptions, https do not inspect etc it still has made no change..

 

Can anyone advise why this is not working?

I've just had a quick look and its working fine for me here (also on Smoothwall).

 

Might be worth looking at the developer console to see what error messages are popping up. Could potentially give you domains to whitelist.

Similar issue here if I use Firefox 81.0.1 + Smoothwall - I can highlight the email, but the "submit" button down the bottom does nothing.

 

In Chrome 85 + Smoothwall, it works.

It's really strange - if I try and do it with the developer tools open, it works perfectly well. If I do it without opening the dev tools then it doesn;t work
