Wonde Sync - Can you force it?

Does anyone who uses Wonde know how to force it to check for new users in SIMS? I have added 7 today and I need to get them to sync today but I cant seem to get Wonde to recognise them. I normally wait overnight and then they appear in Wonde but can I force it?

I *think* if you terminate *wonde*.exe and re-run them (or the service they're attached to) it forces.

 

I had a "Your SIMS isn't working, we haven't seen data" phone call, so I went and did this and checked and they could then see SIMS.

 

Whether the end-user products sync with Wonde once Wonde has the data is another question.

Just restarted both Wonde services but no joy with the sync. Not sure where there is an exe

I think you have to contact them, and they enable a manual sync (their end).
