Keep Microphone and webcam Permissions

We have the regedits in place to enable the permissions for staff to access microphones and webcams on their machine. It doesnt stay enabled sometimes which is strange. All guides I have found have been for 1803.

 

Does anyone have any recommendations?

We have a GPO setup to enable specific PC's to allow Cam and Mic.

Tried to upload a screenshot, but Edugeek forum isn't allowing me to do so. Anyway it's a setting in Computer Configuration>Admin Templates>Windows Components>app Privacy allow apps to access camera and mic set to allow.
