[sims] Multiple selection in SIMS

Hey all,

All of the teachers at my school are reporting an issue with multiple selection of students. An example - the teacher wants to apply a merit to the whole class. In the past he would shift and select all of them by dragging down. Then right click on the last record and select "add award". A box would pop up listing all the names selected to receive the award and the teacher would click OK.

Now what happens is the same as above all the way until the "OK" box appears but it only lists the last record selected. Each individual student has to be done one at a time.

From what I have been told by the staff who have reported this is that this has been happening since the last update (which we applied during lockdown in May/June).

Unfortunately I do not have access to SIMS to test it.

I have reported it to 3BM who tell me they are unaware of anything like this but "we will check with Capita to see if they have any reports".

If this is affecting all our teachers on any computer they logon to can it be anything other than a bug?
