I've stumbled upon and issue with the activity feed displaying full names for all of the pupils added to a Team. The school are nervous about the full names appearing.
MkII Posted September 11, 2020 Posted September 11, 2020 I think that's ok. It's the public facing usernames that you shouldn't be able to identify the child from, that would form their email address.

Sorry - are you saying the email address shouldn't identify their name whatsoever? format at present is [email protected] Mail flow rules in place preventing incoming/outgoing mail externally/internally. 1
