Good morning all,

The saga of our hybrid setup continues. We currently have a number of our staff on O365, whilst others remain on premises Exchange. We've now realised that our O365 users can't see the shared room calendars on the on-prem server. Is there a way of ensuring that all users (both on-prem and O365) can see all shared resource calendars?

Cheers for any guidance

Your Exchange server will need certs for its external address and also its autodiscover address. You may need licenses for Exchange Online for users even without a O365 mailbox. As above - there are so many things that can cause it - we had calendar issues in Teams due to missing certificates on some addresses so I spent a bit on a fancy cert from Comodo (though this can be done with Let’s Encrypt, it was doing my nut in as I had to intervene every two months).

How would I go about migrating the room mailboxes from Exchange 2016 to O365 - whilst I can see migration options for user mailboxes, I don't seem to be able to find an option for room mailboxes?
