AX100 SAN Problem

Have had my SAN in working ok now for over a week, Attached server has rebooted numerouse times with no problems, last night though I had to reboot atached server. When the server came back up attached SAN virtuall drive was inactive in device manager, when I reactivated drive all security and shares were gone, Arghhh! Anyone any ideas?

Is it possible to Telnet or similar into the AX100 & work with it at that level? Does the manufacturer provide any utilities that may be of use?

Can telnet to SAN and access all remote management features, nothing is showing untoward in the system event log. All utilities are showing it as working ok.
