Not come across that before! What OS are you running? Have you tried going into Safe Mode and attempt to open up a command prompt from here?

i got xp pro

i have tried in safe mode too same restart

Don't know if the following thread from another forum will be of help, sorry if you've already checked for this...don't want to teach you to suck eggs.

 

running cmd and msconfig cause Windown XP to reboot.
