[sims] Adding additional sessions to the school day

Hi all, I would really appreciate some help.

 

I'm trying to add sessions to the cycle in nova t6, at the end of the day. I also want to remove a session at the beginning of the day.

 

to go from reg, 1, 2, break, 3,4 , lunch, 5, 6

 

TO: 1,2,Break,3,4,Lunch, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

 

I've created a new cycle in Nova T6, using CYCLE/New Timetable Cycle...

 

But when I try to export it into SIMS, I get the following

 

Error: Supplied cycle shape (5 x (12+0)) does not match timetable cycle definition (5 x (7+2))

 

 

It seems to be 'remembering' the old cycle

 

 

The dates for export are correct, the new academic year is set up and correct, any advice?

If you use Lesson Monitor you'll also need to update that for your AM/PM sessions for the new cycle
