I have had a ticket with SIMs for four weeks and am getting nowhere. I'm trying to create new marksheets and individual reports, however, when I try to insert a result tag, most of the aspects I need aren't showing in the dialogue box. These are aspects that are active and I have used for the last two years in individual reports and so I have no idea why they aren't showing now. And it's not all of them that aren't showing, it seems pretty random. I have checked that they are all active. I've renamed and resaved some aspects to see if this would fix it, it didn't. Run the diagnostics tool (but don't really know what I'm doing with it) I have created new aspects for different functions and these are appearing in the Insert Result dialogue box. Any clues? I'm flummoxed. Thanks

Hi all, I would really appreciate some help. I'm trying to add sessions to the cycle in nova t6, at the end of the day. I also want to remove a session at the beginning of the day. to go from reg, 1, 2, break, 3,4 , lunch, 5, 6 TO: 1,2,Break,3,4,Lunch, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 I've created a new cycle in Nova T6, using CYCLE/New Timetable Cycle... But when I try to export it into SIMS, I get the following Error: Supplied cycle shape (5 x (12+0)) does not match timetable cycle definition (5 x (7+2)) It seems to be 'remembering' the old cycle The dates for export are correct, the new academic year is set up and correct, any advice? Thanks
