Before I rip my hair out.

I am trying to delegate a mailbox to a couple of users but each time I do it the mailbox does not appear in their gmail.

Delegation is turned on and Ive followed the Google instructions but every time it does not appear!

Anyone got any ideas?

Did you do this via GAM, or did you delegate via invitations from the mailbox you are delegating. If you did it via invitations then are you sure they have accepted the invitations? If it is a new mailbox and you have added them via GAM, beofre it works you need to log into the new mailbox and accept the terms and conditions, then do the delegation and this usually works. Also sometimes a log out and log back in is needed for the new mailbox to show.

Did it from the mailbox to another.

I tested with two gmail accounts I have. Still not working.

I'll try logging out before adding and after accepting.

I tend to use GAM for this, and there is a command to show the delgation on a mailbox, this is useful just to check that it is working before troubleshooting elsewhere.
