Loss of Interactive Touch

Hi,

 

On some boards (about half a dozen of them) we seem to have lost the touch functionality.

 

This isn't just when using with a PC or the ACG/OPS. If we click the button to choose the source, we can't choose, for example HDMI options.

 

These are the V5 panels.

 

I am going to ask someone to go through the firmware update with a connected PC to see if this helps.

 

If it does not, what else could it be? All cables are fine, tried power cycling.

Hi Fraser,

With a PC connected, do you see the panel located in ActivManager? If you do, reflash the firmware that is in ActivManager. Click on the panel, update, load the file from the internet. Once that is done you should have touch on the panel. If you don't you will need to reach out to support, here is that link https://support.prometheanworld.com/contact
