Err-Timed_out - Gov.uk site on Chrome

Morning all,

 

Bit of a weird one.

When staff or student users try to access http://www.gov.uk in google Chrome it hangs and then says ERR_TIMED_OUT. It loads perfectly for them in Edge and also loads fine in Chrome when an Admin is logged in?!

 

I assume it is a chrome policy issue but need pointing in the right direction as to which specific one might need tweaking.

Has anyone experienced the above issue please and if so how was it resolved?

Do you have Smoothwall filtering?
