Edge chromium MSI deployment through AD failing 1603

I have downloaded the latest stable version 83 of edge chromium from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/business/download

 

and have set AD to deploy the MSI file in the normal way.

 

It is failing to deploy and I am getting a 1603 error in event viewer.

 

Does anyone know how to deploy this?

Do you have any restrictions on powershell script execution?

Looking more into this it looks like an issue with requiring the latest windows updates (which the test PC did not have) for the latest version. Using an older build of Edge has worked.
