Andy2789 Posted June 9, 2020 Posted June 9, 2020 We are in the process of testing the roll out of Edge to replace Google Chrome. The issue we have ran into with Edge's Group Policy is 'Roaming Profile' is missing from the Group Policy settings, if you enable 'Set the user data directory' just like with Chrome this prevents multiple sessions being open. Beyond this setting, we are ready to go with Edge. Has anyone overcome this issue - found a work around so that students / staff settings are saved, but it doesn't prevent two instances of Edge running. Any pointers gratefully appreciated!
Andy2789 Posted June 9, 2020 Author Posted June 9, 2020 We are on the latest admx file and that one is still missing from the Group Policy, really odd as it's the only one that is missing but possibly the most useful in a corporate environment!
