Microsoft Exams Certifications- Windows 10 MD100 -101 Server 2016

Hi All

 

I am wondering if anyone on Edugeek can help me find VCE files for windows 10 exam practice questions or the server 2016 practice questions.

 

6 Years ago i did my windows 7 configuration exam and passed , which i managed to get some VCE files from https://www.examcollection.com/

 

Unfortunately they have now put a price on monthly payments to get this.

 

The website is very 99% accurate questioning with the exam questions when sitting it.

 

Can anyone help me find an alternative or does someone have these files which i could have to get my Microsoft badges/qualifications ?

Hi,

 

I'd swerve well away from any websites offering 'exam questions'. If you're not careful you're in breach of the testing conditions with Microsoft. Do your study and pass it correctly. A large number of those sites are just exam dumps, which if you're caught using will invalidate all your exam results.

 

I've passed both those exams, well my MCSA in Windows 10 is the old version equivalent of MD100 I believe, I can strongly recommend CBT Nuggets, the course material and labs for those are excellent, along with the Sybex Self Study book.

No worries ,it looks like that website is corrupted and seems to be fake. Yes i used CBT nuggets at my old work placement which was free to use as the bought it a while back for the whole organisation. My windows 7 MCP is out of date and i am looking to get back on track with updating my certifications.

 

I am going to look into the Sybex self study book as i have never heard from it. Unfortunately i am not so sure about pricing for CBT nuggets as i wasn't the person who bought it

If you're struggling for a link I can point you in the right direction. It's worth knowing the MCSE in Server 2016 is being retired come January of 2021 as well, so if you've not passed any exams you'll have to get a move on to pass the 3 for the MCSA and the extra for the MCSE. No idea on the resources for the new Windows 10 exams, that's next on my agenda to update mine to the new standard.

Yes , i am limited resources and my company wont think its worth me doing it for them in the long term. I am supporting multiple sites with very low money to support me with learning my job properly. I know how to build a server from scratch with domains etc and vms using hyperv etc.

 

There is more that i need to know about server 2016 and i will need to get this done asap.

I tend to find when studying the Microsoft Certs if I follow the books, use something like CBT nuggets and plenty of lab work that it does the trick for me.

Go for a digital copy of the book if I were you! It's a hefty book to lug about otherwise. I found the first exam fairly straightforward 70-410 (Compute with Server 16), think i passed it first time, the other two are a bit tricky! It's great when you're done! Although i'm still studying for the Security with Server 2016 exam so I can get my MCSE.

 

CBT Nuggets is worth every penny if you've got to pay for it yourself, I normally pay for a month at a time, usually giving myself a month to really study for the exams. Shame CBT Nuggets don't cover the Security exam! The MeasureUp practice exams you can get when you book your exam are also worth the investment. The other bit to consider is if you work for an educational establishment you can normally get a discount on the exam cost.
