Problem after running Hybrid Config WIzrd

We are currently beginnign the process of moving some of our mailboxes to Office 365 from our Exchange 2013 on prem. I've run the Hybrid Config Wizard, and have a series of problems in the report:-

 

This is the initial one we are trying to resolve at present, but can't work out what the root of the problem is (obviously I've changed the domain):-

 

HCW8078 - Migration Endpoint could not be created. That is as simple as the HCW cannot connect to a migration endpoint on your exchange box on prem. Have you got a firewall in the way or the likes, have you got the migration endpoint configured?
