[ms office - o365] Outlook out of office query

So just a query with outlook Office365, a user set out of office and was away for some time has come back and had a few people email them then replied to their out of office response but was expecting the original email wasn't included in the response, I have sort of explained this was the sort of expected behaviour but was just wondering if their was a way to set out of Office so that the reply sort of included the original email have had a dig around a bit and couldn't see anything or anything in rules and done a bit of googling with no sort of joy so thought I would just try here. We are using Office365 but in house exchange servers 2012 at the moment but going to 2019.
