Office365 Search Bar

Hi trying to get this ready , We dont use Online exchange and we also are not going to be using Teams.

 

I noticed on my login portal for every one there is a search bar, if i start typing in any members name it will up staff members details ?

 

I have just disabled the "Microsoft Bing Search Bar" in Office365 Admin, is this correct ?
