Create available appointment slots in outlook or teams?

Does anyone know how to create available appointment slots in the teams or outlook calendar?

 

What I’m trying to to achieve it to show staff when I am available for support or meetings and allowing them to grab an empty slot of the need it.

By deafult unless you have modified it, if your using Exchange / O365 it shows free/busy info so you just need to block out when your not avaliable and then they can see when your free.
