AvaFX Posted April 6, 2020 Posted April 6, 2020 Hi guys, Does anyone know if there are any capabilities within Teams or through a third-party app to take attendance when conducting an online lesson within Teams? SIMS have advised that nobody should be taking registers after Easter however school's will still want to know who has attended an online class/meeting. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks A
paulkerton Posted April 6, 2020 Posted April 6, 2020 It's not available in Teams as of yet, but they're working on it. Unaware of third party options for Teams. https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/33989875-view-or-export-a-list-of-users-who-attended-a-meet
psydii Posted April 6, 2020 Posted April 6, 2020 Its a cludge but you can use a survey/Forms to collect attendees and then have te class teacher take action based on that. Its possible that with a little Power Automate magic you could, umm, Flow this into a central xlsx or sharepoint list for reporting and action.
Ex-MGSTech Posted April 6, 2020 Posted April 6, 2020 We have been getting students to "like" the session as this gives list of who was there....
