Cam/Mic not working on W10 LTSC 2019

Hope you are all staying safe.

 

I have a strange issue with our laptops which has builtin Cameras and Microphones but these are not being seen/picked up by any of the video conferencing tools - are there any settings/services that I need to enable on these W10 LTSC 2019 laptops for them to work?

Are they disabled in the BIOS/UEFI settings?

Should not be as I haven't changed any BIOS settings - I imagined W10 LTSC would be the same as W10 Pro for cam/mic.

Are they in device manager?

Had this on a few devices recently. Turned out that audio got completely broken when their was a iPhone attached. Took a while to diagnose this one - the joys of remote working.

We had this on newer versions of W10, Go to Settings cog, Privacy, Microphone and allow all apps access with the slider. Privacy by default same for camera's i think

The privacy one caught me out with a softphone issue over the weekend.
