Quatermass Posted April 2, 2020 Posted April 2, 2020 (edited) Our bursar gets an error when he tries to do a preliminary closedown, i.e. he gets a red cross rather than a tick on one of the lines in this screenshot. Not the end of the world, but Capita advice is to then click the Report button to find out why it's failing. But the button stays greyed out! Any ideas? Edited April 2, 2020 by Quatermass
