Hi all

 

Rolling out Teams at the moment and disappointed to find that you can't add an AD group (synced from on-prem) to a Team. I've ready about Dynamic Office 365 groups which I thought would give me what I'm looking for but alas they're not available without P1 Azure licences.

 

How is everyone else managing Teams membership? I know Salamander can create class Teams based on MIS data but at the moment I want to create department Teams for staff based on group membership which we already have in AD groups.

 

Anyone got any bright ideas? :help:

Groups should sync if they have a mail address:

 

To synchronize an Active Directory group to Azure AD as a mail-enabled group:

 

If the group's proxyAddress attribute is empty, its mail attribute must have a value
