Additional Student Columns to Marksheet

I am trying to add another column to the student information in a marksheet. I have a UDF for Young Carer and it doesn't appear in the list that I can select from. I am sure I have seen that you can add this but I can't remember how. Is it possible or am I making it all up?

 

I apologise if this has already been covered, I have been searching the threads for ages and cant find anything.

Which MIS system are you using?

If you are using SIMS one can specify a UDF to appear in registers as an additional column. Unfortunately you cannot do the same in assessment templates. You would need to copy the contents of the UDF into an aspect to have that info appear.
