RDP Session: Software wants C: access

Hello,

Not sure what the best forum for this was but guessed this one as RDP settings are the main focus...

 

I have SIMS setup through our RDP server however when it writes reports it wants to save them to C:\examplenameofreport.txt before displaying them so they fail due to permissions. Is there a way I can either set SIMS to use the userdata path or apply permissions to users without compromising the server security?
