Hide mobile phone number from contact pop up in Teams.

Is there a way to stop Teachers mobile numbers from displaying in the contact pop up when you hover over their name? We don't want students seeing them. We can't delete their mobile from Active Directory as we use it for 2FA.

No it's not caller ID. That's when they actually make a call. The contact card pops up whenever you hover the mouse of somebody's name and user icon within teams.
