Hi there,

We want to utilise Forms but have a query.

If for example I want to create a booking form for using our school mini buses, how can make it so that the responses go to the shared mailbox we currently have for transport.

I know I can create the for using my O365 account but can’t work out how to do it for shared mailbox as I want to avoid individual users taking ownership things like this.

Anyone got any slick ideas for this?

Thanks I’m anticipation.

message rule?

If message contains minibus text then forward to

Can’t do that because if I create the form, no one else has access permissions to see the responses.

Make a Microsoft Group.

Add the address for the transport mailbox to the group.

Then create a group form.

Created a O365 group but when trying to move the form, the group isn’t listed as an option.
