bodminman Posted March 4, 2020 Posted March 4, 2020 Hi there, We want to utilise Forms but have a query. If for example I want to create a booking form for using our school mini buses, how can make it so that the responses go to the shared mailbox we currently have for transport. I know I can create the for using my O365 account but can’t work out how to do it for shared mailbox as I want to avoid individual users taking ownership things like this. Anyone got any slick ideas for this? Thanks I’m anticipation.

Bionic Posted March 5, 2020 Posted March 5, 2020 Make a Microsoft Group. Add the address for the transport mailbox to the group. Then create a group form. 1

Bionic Posted March 6, 2020 Posted March 6, 2020 Don't think you can change ownership of a form, you would need to recreate it as a group form.
