Hi, for the last year we have been using Apple School Manager and Jamf without any issues. Now for some reason Apps will not install on our iPad's, can't get any support from Jamf something to do with our licence!

Recently purchased AR Makr app in ASM, they've appeared in Jamf and I've given them the scope of iPad's I want it installed on and all iPad's are stuck in Installing, with this message In this state, we are waiting for an update from the device. Never had this issue before and can't seem to find anything about it! Thank you

Just realised you're installing an AR app. There was a new type of AR released a couple years back that is now only supported on certain models of iPad. Can't find much information at the moment but I guess the ipad air 2 doesn't support that app. On the AR Makr itunes page it lists these models:

Requires iOS 12.4 or later. Compatible with iPad Pro (12.9‑inch), iPad Pro (12.9‑inch) Wi-Fi + Cellular, iPad Pro (9.7‑inch), iPad Pro (9.7‑inch) Wi‑Fi + Cellular, iPad (5th generation), iPad (5th generation) Wi‑Fi + Cellular, iPad Pro (12.9‑inch) (2nd generation), iPad Pro (12.9‑inch) (2nd generation) Wi‑Fi + Cellular, iPad Pro (10.5‑inch), iPad Pro (10.5‑inch) Wi‑Fi + Cellular, iPad (6th generation), iPad Wi‑Fi + Cellular (6th generation), iPad Pro (11‑inch), iPad Pro (11‑inch) Wi‑Fi + Cellular, iPad Pro (12.9‑inch) (3rd generation), iPad Pro (12.9‑inch) (3rd generation) Wi‑Fi + Cellular, iPad mini (5th generation), iPad mini (5th generation) Wi‑Fi + Cellular, iPad Air (3rd generation), iPad Air (3rd generation) Wi‑Fi + Cellular, iPad (7th generation), and iPad (7th generation) Wi‑Fi + Cellular.

Oh my god! That simple :D could not see it at all and never even came to me that it was just not compatible DUH!

Thanks for taking the time to help me so much appreciated! I just can't believe that Jamf's answer was "you do not have the correct licence to contact us and by the way you aren't installing apps correctly" with no advise on what's the best practice on installing apps!

Thanks again
