Hi All,

 

I've had an issue when running/creating Word List & Mail Merge reports in SIMS.

 

I have tried everything google suggests (i.e. uninstall old version of Office, check the registry, run repairs etc) and still can't fix it.... can anyone help?

Is dot net updated. I had similar issues a few years ago and updating dot net fixed it.

I had this with SIMS a while back, the issue was apparently due to using Word 64bit. We switched back to 32bit and everything worked fine.

Thanks for your replies, it turned out the ISO I was using was dodgy. After a clean uninstall and reinstall of Office, all issues were fixed...
