CPS-Stimmers Posted February 13, 2020 Posted February 13, 2020 We have a shared email used by two members of staff who have several email folders for certain projects. When the project is complete they then put the folder in another folder of 'Past Projects'.When they drag the folder (Folder A) in, it appears for a second, then disappears as if it wasn't there. However it then reappears when another folder (Folder B) is moved there. Similarly Folder B then disappears until a new one is added. Anyone have any idea whats going on?
Danp Posted February 14, 2020 Posted February 14, 2020 (edited) I've seen something like this but normally when moving large folders in Outlook. They take a while to sync back to the server. Have you tried moving them on webmail rather than Outlook and see if that is more reliable? Edited February 14, 2020 by Danp
