Scifigirl Posted February 10, 2020 Posted February 10, 2020 We have a ZD 3050, and 7363, and 7982 and suddenly today our remote site has gone down. We have been fighting this all day and can't find an answer. We have an MPLS connection that has been working until yesterday. Now every AP is stuck in provisioning or disconnected. any ideas-- i will cry!!
bald_pig Posted February 10, 2020 Posted February 10, 2020 Sounds like there's a problem with the director 1
Scifigirl Posted February 10, 2020 Author Posted February 10, 2020 Sounds like there's a problem with the director The controller is here at our main site and all our AP's are on the same controller and are fine. Its just the ones at our other site that have gone wrong....
bald_pig Posted February 10, 2020 Posted February 10, 2020 Ok, there's a problem with that site communicating with the director in that case. 1
mikkydoos Posted February 10, 2020 Posted February 10, 2020 (edited) Y something networky there on the other site. Edited February 10, 2020 by mikkydoos
win Posted February 10, 2020 Posted February 10, 2020 Check the MPLS is still functioning by pinging machines from one end to the other, you might want to consider setting up a VPN link too as a backup in-case the MPLS goes down. 1
Scifigirl Posted February 11, 2020 Author Posted February 11, 2020 We seem to have solved the problem, we lowered the MTU to 1100 and put them on DHCP rather than static and we have a enough back thanks for all the help.
