Print server showing unknown user

Hi All

 

I have just been down to one of our printer and noticed a held job with the username "SYSTEM" i have never come across this before has anyone else.

SYSTEM is the Windows account that does everything.

 

All computers in your network has that user created locally.

You will often find when you print a job in the queue as soon as you hit print it shows SYSTEM before changing username but also if you run anything like MobilityPrint from PaperCut or other third party tools they run as system so any print jobs sent to the printer will be processed by the SYSTEM account.
