Sims Patch 25529 - not found

I've got an issue with SIMS where it's failing to download a patch, with a 404 - which Iassume is the remote webserver saying 'not there mate'

 

I cannot persuade it to re-try download which may be a bit of ignorance on my part, but the captia helldesk are of course blaming local IT, so before I go back to them I figured people here may have more on of an idea...?

I noticed similar with ours when clicking on it, but it's gone now.

I stumbled across the fix so for the benefit of anyone else, Update Library, Downloads, click on the failed download, at the bottom there is 'available URLs', tried the other and clicked resume. Problem clearly at the capita end so a bit frustrating but hey-ho
